Shipping and Returns

Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information

If you create an account with Himalayan Gems, your “My Account” section will allow you to view your past orders, place reorders, check the status of orders, and manage your account information. You can update all account information in the “My Account” section of the website. 

Payment

Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. 

Shipping & Delivery 

All orders which are in stock ship within 5 business days of placing your order. You will be notified if there are unusual circumstances which hinder or alter your shipment. If you need your order to be shipped overnight for next day delivery it must be placed by 11am (EST). Orders placed after this time will be shipped out the following business day. 

We offer Free Shipping on orders that meet order minimums starting at $75.00 (Please refer to our Shipping Zones and Rates)

International Shipping 
We do not ship outside of Canada and the USA

Returns  

All returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized within 30 days of placing the order.  

Please email us at customerservice@himalayangems.com to get your Return Authorization Number (RMA). We will email you back with an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs with returns, repairs or exchanges. We suggest that you insure and obtain a tracking number from any of the shipping carriers you use. Himalayan Gems is not responsible for lost packages - please contact your carrier if you have a problem with a shipment.
